Abstract:
According to an embodiment of the present invention, an electronic device comprises: a housing which includes a first surface of the electronic device and a second surface of the electronic device, the second surface facing an opposite direction to the first surface, wherein the first surface is foldable outwards with respect to the folding axis; a flexible display which is located inside the housing, is visually exposed through the first surface, and includes a first area, a second area, and a folding area between the first area and the second area; and a display support assembly arranged on the rear surface of the flexible display, the display support assembly including a first support plate corresponding to the first area, a second support plate corresponding to the second area, and a folding support structure including a plurality of joints, which are arranged to be sequentially engaged from the first support plate to the second plate along the folding area, and which are parallel to the folding axis, wherein one of the plurality of joints may be coupled to a hinge structure forming the folding axis. Other various embodiments are possible.
