The present application relates to the technical field of electronics, and discloses a foldable electronic device. The electronic device comprises: a housing, the housing comprising a first housing, a second housing and a third housing, the second housing being rotatably connected to a first side of the first housing, the third housing being rotatably connected to a second side of the first housing, and the first side and the second side being two opposite sides of the first housing; a first display portion provided on the first housing; a second display portion provided on the second housing; and a third display portion provided on the third housing. When the electronic device is in a folded state, the second display portion and the third display portion are located on the same side of the first display portion, the second display portion and the third display portion are opposite to the first display portion, and the orthographic projection of the second display portion on a plane where the first display portion is located is located outside the orthographic projection of the third display portion on the plane where the first display portion is located.
