Provided are a foldable frame and an unmanned aerial vehicle. The foldable frame comprises: a body (2); a connection arm (1) rotatably connected to the body (2); a first magnetic element (3) mounted on the connection arm (1); and at least two second magnetic elements (4, 4') configured to be mounted on the body (2) and respectively located on two sides of the connection arm (1), wherein at least one of the first and second magnetic elements is a magnet capable of generating a magnetic field, and when the connection arm (1) rotates relative to the body (2), under the interaction of the first and second magnetic elements, the connection arm (1) can be kept in an unfolded position or a folded position. The frame can be applied to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles. Under the interaction of the first and second magnetic elements, the connection arm (1) can drive a rotor to be kept in the unfolded or folded position. The folding of the rotor facilitates the transportation of the unmanned aerial vehicle, while preventing the rotor from colliding or being damaged. The connection arm (1) can drive a pan-tilt platform to be kept in the unfolded or folded position, such that after the pan-tilt platform is unfolded, the interference of a landing gear for a camera device can be avoided, thereby realizing the implementation of a panoramic camera without interference.
