Description:
FOLDING AWNING SYSTEM WHICH HAS LIGHTING AND WHICH CAN EJECT WATER

LOCATED ON ITS TOP FROM A DRAINPIPE

Field of the invention The invention is a folding awning system which can be placed in front of open spaces such as shops, houses, restaurants, etc., providing protection from rain and sun, which has housings for fitting lightings, which has the open-close property to increase the area covered and collecting the water upon it and pulling it out of a defined drain pipe on it.

State of the art Although there are lighting on the switchable panels for protection from sunlight and rain, these are illuminations that are subsequently added and not integrated into the system. This type of lighting is placed either by a cable or by the sequential addition of the LED array illumination from one end to the other, or on the panel support posts, only to be perpendicular to the wall. In cases placed perpendicular to the wall, illumination may be increased according to the frequency of the carrier panels, thus necessitating the increase of carrier panels. Horizontally installed lightings are added later to the structure and when a light bulb is not functional, all of them becomes non-operational. Horizontally placed bulbs can also be placed only at the beginning or at the end of the structure to avoid damage due to folding. Another problem with the opening / closing panels is the drainage of rainwater. In this type of protection panels, the water coming down by the rain flows downwards with an inclination and can flow all the water over the people who are passing closely.

Brief Description of the invention

From the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a wall-mountable folding awnning system that allows the installation of linear illuminations parallel to the wall where it is placed along its surface without releasing an additional structure and upon which the water coming from the rain can be removed from a single determined point. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention is a folding awning system (1 ) that can be used in outdoor areas and protects the space under it from factors such as rain, sunlight, and its coverage area can be closed or widened by opening and closing with the mechanism it contains which can be activated without a manual force. The components of the invention, such as lighting, do not have to be separately integrated into the system and the lighting can be distributed evenly along the roof. At the same time, the motor (1.10.1 ) and its associated mechanism can be opened and closed without the manual procedure.

Figure 1 shows a perspective view of the folding awning system (1) which is clearly seen. The movement taken from the motor (1.10.1 ) in the motor carrier profile (1.10) is transmitted to the pulley (1.3.1 ) by the motor shaft (1.10.2). The motor carrier profile (1.10), located in the closest region to the wall (2) and aligned the same row with the top panel (1.4), is attached to the sealing profile (1.7).

In the mechanism shown in Figure 2, the overlapping layers forming the folding awning system (1 ) comprise of rails (1.3) and panels 1.4 and / or lighting panels (1.5) placed between the two sides of said rails (1.3). In addition on the lower layer at the opposite end of the wall (2) there is a edge coating (1.6), whose ends are closed by the edge coverings (1.6.2) and that the water flows through a drain pipe (1.6.1 ) shown in Figures 1 and 2. Said edge coating (1.6) may have self-enclosed versions where there is no need for an edge covering (1.6.2). The movement is transmitted by the mechanisms connected to the rails (1.3) and the rails (1.3) so as to be from the top layer. The motor (1.10.1 ) as shown in Figure 5, which provide the power required for the main movement of the folding awning system (1 ), is activated by a user via a switch located on the wall (2) or a remote control and turns the motor shaft (1.10.2) and the pulley (1.3.1 ). As can be seen in Figure 2, a belt (1.3.2), which is connected to the pulley (1.3.1 ) on one end and to a motion element (1.3.5) and a multibearing actuator (1.3.6) which are attached to the rail (1.3) below, transmit the motion to the rail (1.3) positioned below. The pulley (1.3.1 ) is positioned in pulley bearings (1.3.7) which are positioned on ends of the rails (1.3) located in all layers except the lowest row and on both sides of the rail (1.3) located at the top layer. Although the pulley bearing (1.3.7) is provided at the ends of the rail (1.3) on the lowest layer, there is no pulley (1.3.1 ). There are triple pulley bearings (1.3.8) with triple pulleys (1.3.4) inside them at the end parts of the rails (1.3) located at the intermediate layers, facing to the direction of the wall (2). The pulley (1.3.1 ) is located in all rails (1.3) except the rails (1.3) in the lowest layer. At the other ends there are pulleys (1.3) located inside pulley bearings (1.3.7). Said pulleys (1.3.1 ) are located inside the rails (1.3.1 ) except the rails located at the lowest layer. The triple pulleys (1.3.4) are located in all rails (1.3) except the lowest layer rails (1.3) and transmits the power from the motor (1.10.1 ) to the lower layers. The triple pulleys (1.3.4) take the motion from rack gear (1.3.3) located on the upper rail (1.3) and transmit to the belts (1.3.2), and move the movement element (1.3.5) and the multi-bearing movement element (1.3.6) which are attached at the ends of the belts (1.3.2) and thus, moves the rails (1.3) and the below layer connected to the rails (1.3).

As shown in Figures 1 and 2, layers which are connected to each other, are carried by the rails at the upper layer, which are attached to the wall (2) by suspensions (1.8) connected to the wall (2). The rails (1.3) in said top layer are connected to the wall (2) by the wall fastener (1.9).
