Abstract:
A device for folding disposable wearable goods comprises a primary folding mechanism that rotates first and second primary pads, respectively further comprising first and second retaining faces, folding a diaper main body in two at the crotch part thereof; and a sub-folding mechanism that folds the flaps, by rotating side pads, further comprising sub-retaining faces that retain the flaps, toward the first primary pad. Cut-outs that expose the join parts without retaining the join parts on the second primary pad are formed in locations on the second primary pad that correspond to the join parts. In a state wherein the first and second retaining faces are closed face to face and the main body is folded in two, the cut-outs allow the flaps to be joined at the join parts, and the side pads rotate and fit together from a location of being open and adjacent in the waistband direction of the first primary pad to a location wherein the sub-retaining faces are closed upon the first retaining face.
