A display device (10), and an electronic apparatus (100) comprising the display device (10). The display device (10) comprises: a display panel (205); a first ultra-thin glass sheet (2031) and a second ultra-thin glass sheet (2032) stacked on two sides of the display panel (205); a first bonding layer (A4) located between the display panel (205) and the first ultra-thin glass sheet (2031); and a second bonding layer (A6) located between the display panel (205) and the second ultra-thin glass sheet (2032), wherein a stacked structure composed of the first ultra-thin glass sheet (2031), the first bonding layer (A4), the display panel (205), the second bonding layer (A6) and the second ultra-thin glass sheet (2032) is divided into a first region, a second region and a folding region, the folding region being located between the first region and the second region, and the first bonding layer (A4) and the second bonding layer (A6) having an elastic modulus of 15 Kpa to 100 Kpa. The display device (10) and the electronic apparatus (100) having the display device (10) can solve the problem of the bending and arching of a folding screen when folded repeatedly, thereby improving the user experience.
