Abstract:
A folding structure for a folding chair includes a first folding support and a second folding support. The first folding support includes a first front leg, a first back leg and a seat member. The upper-end of the first front leg is rotatablely connected to the lateral front-end of the seat. The middle part of the first front leg is rotatablely cross-linked with the middle-lower part of the first back leg. The seat is slideablely and rotatablely connected to the approximately middle part of the first back leg, and when the connection of the seat and the first back leg is slided to the front-end of a first horizontal bearing-rod, the seat, the first front leg and the first back leg are located in a same plane. The structure of the second folding support is similar to that of the first folding support. All the parts of the folding structure according to the present invention are located in the same plane after they are folded, thereby occupying less space.
