Abstract:
According to a Foley catheter enabling the measurement of body temperature or intra-abdominal pressure and a method for using same, proposed in the present invention, by comprising a temperature measuring part or a pressure measuring part, the use of the Foley catheter may be further extended from the use of a simple-structured Foley catheter, used only for measuring the urination and urinated quantity of urine, so as to enable measuring significant vital signs of a patient at the most precise site and in a quick way by means of only the insertion of the Foley catheter.
