Disclosed are a follow focus controller circuit, a follow focus controller, and a photographing system. The follow focus controller circuit comprises a main circuit and at least one expansion circuit. The main circuit comprises a main control unit, a first measurement unit, a transmission unit, and at least one first connecting base. The main control unit is electrically connected to the first measurement unit, the transmission unit, and the first connecting base. The expansion circuit comprises second measurement units and a second connecting base adapted to the first connecting base. The second measurement units are electrically connected to the second connecting base. The second connecting base is electrically connected to the first connecting base. The first measurement unit and each second measurement unit are used for measuring the angle positions of corresponding rotation adjusting members, respectively, and transmitting measurement signals to the main control unit. The main control unit processes each received measurement signal, respectively, and outputs same by means of the transmission unit. In the technical solution of the present invention, respective control of a plurality of lens drivers by one follow focus controller is achieved, facilitating use by a single person, and reducing costs.
