Abstract:
A food disposal unit is disclosed. A food disposal unit according to one embodiment comprises: a housing; a grinding device separably mounted in the housing so as to grind food; and a storing device disposed below the grinding device so as to store ground food, wherein the grinding device includes: a grinding case which grinds the food, and which has a discharge part opened so that the food is transferred to the storing device; a valve assembly which opens and closes, below the grinding case, the discharge part and which is provided such that same can be separated to the outside of the housing together with the grinding case; a first grinder rotatably mounted in the grinding case; and a second grinder including a grinding blade for interactively grinding the food with the first grinder, and a transfer blade provided below the grinding blade so as to transfer the ground food to the discharge part.
