Abstract:
The problem that food dough enters a rotative body provided with rotating stirring bar, blades or the like or a seal portion between an outer sleeve and an outer nozzle cannot be said to have been fully solved. A first means for solving the problem is a food dough discharge device comprising a rotative body removably combined with a rotation driving body through a seal disposed between upper and lower outer sleeves, and a space defined between a bearing for the rotation driving body and the seal for temporarily receiving the dough squeezed out of the seal. A second means for solving the problem is a food dough discharge device comprising a rotative body removably combined with a rotation driving body through a seal disposed between upper and lower outer sleeves, wherein a base upper portion, the rotation driving body and a base lower portion are stepwise provided with an upper outer sleeve attaching step portion, a stirring rotative body attaching step portion, and a lower outer sleeve attaching step portion, and attachment and detachment in one direction are made possible.
