Abstract:
A food portioning device 1 includes: a gripper 11 that grabs and grips a portion of a food 21 having an indeterminate shape; a determination means (313, 314) that determines a first target value for the weight of the food which is calculated on the basis of a final target value for portioning and is to be portioned in one gripping operation and determines a first picking position corresponding to the first target value on the basis of a captured image; and a control means that moves the gripper 11 to the first picking position and executes portioning of the food 21. When the weight of food portioned by the one single gripping operation by the gripper 11 satisfies the first target value, the determination means determines a second target value for the weight of the food to be portioned by the next one gripping operation and determines a second picking position corresponding to the second target value.
