Abstract:
A food preservative content detector, relating to the technical field of food detection devices. The food preservative content detector comprises a detection table (1) and a storage plate (2) disposed on the inner side of the detection table (1); a sliding bottom plate (3) is disposed at the bottom of the detection table (1); a locking frame (4) is disposed on the inner side of the detection table (1); a reaction chamber (5) is connected with the interior of the locking frame (4) by means of a locking assembly; a mixing assembly is disposed in the reaction chamber (5); the storage plate (2) is connected to the sliding bottom plate (3) by means of a sliding assembly; the sliding assembly comprises a sliding plate (18), a mounting plate (19), a pulley (20), a fixing frame (21), a stepping motor (22), a second lead screw (23) and an internal threaded sleeve plate (24). According to the food preservative content detector, a sample is circulated through a gap between connecting plates, so that the sample is mixed more uniformly, uniform heating can be comprehensively carried out, and the labor intensity is reduced. The detection efficiency and accuracy of a food preservative are improved, shaking of a reaction chamber in an operation process can be avoided, the detection use of the detector is prevented from being affected, the diversification of detection is improved, and the practicability of the device is improved.
