Abstract:
A food processing assembly (100) and a food processing apparatus (1000). The food processing assembly (100) comprises a pot body (10), a cutter locking block (20) and a cutter (30), wherein the cutter locking block (20) is mounted on the outer side of the bottom of the pot body (10), one side of the cutter locking block (20) is provided with an extending arm (21), and the extending arm (21) can extend out of a side wall of the pot body (10); and the cutter (30) is locked on the pot body (10) by means of the cutter locking block (20), the pot body (10) is provided with a food processing cavity (1011), and a cutter body of the cutter (30) is located in the food processing cavity (1011). The food processing apparatus (1000) comprises the food processing assembly (100) and further comprises a base (200), wherein the food processing assembly (100) is mounted on the base (200). In the food processing assembly and the food processing apparatus, the extending arm (21) connected to the cutter locking block (20) extends out of the pot body (10) from the side wall of the pot body (10), such that a user does not need to invert the pot body (10) when the cutter is dismounted and mounted, and when the pot body (10) is placed upright, the user only needs to hold the pot body (10) with one hand, and rotate the cutter locking block (20) with the other hand by means of the extending arm (21), such that operation is more convenient, the use experience of the user is improved, and the problem of the cutter (30) falling off relative to the pot body (10) due to the fact that the pot body (10) is inverted is avoided, thereby reducing potential safety hazards.
