Abstract:

This food processing device comprises a reaction tank (1), an agitation part (2) provided with an agitator (4) that rotates to agitate the reactants in the reaction tank (1), and a plurality of catalytic reaction parts (6). Each of the plurality of catalytic reaction parts comprises a reaction tube (7) and a light source (8) provided within the reaction tube. On the outer surface of the reaction tube, a photocatalyst is provided and the reaction tube transmits light irradiated from the light source. The plurality of catalytic reaction parts are arranged around a rotation axis (3) and the light source has a plurality of light-emitting parts (12) arranged at different positions. When viewed from the direction of the rotation axis, the plurality of catalytic reaction parts are equal to each other in phase with respect to the straight line (L1) connecting the rotation axis and the center of each reaction tube in the direction of the reference of the reaction tube. The direction of the reference of a reaction tube is the direction that is determined on the basis of the light emission direction of the plurality of light emitting parts inside the reaction tube and the positional relationship of the plurality of light emitting parts, when viewed from the direction of the rotation axis.
