Abstract:
A food processor comprises a container (11) and a rotary cutter mounted in the container (11). The rotary cutter comprises a hollow cutter shaft (121) and blades (122) radially disposed on the outer side of the hollow cutter shaft (121). The center of the bottom of the container (11) is provided with a hollow cylinder (13) extending upwardly. The hollow cutter shaft (121) is rotatably sleeved on the hollow cylinder (13). The hollow cylinder (13) is internally provided with a rotatable driving shaft (14) which penetrates the hollow cylinder (13) and is in fit clearance with the hollow cylinder (13). The food processor also comprises a transmission mechanism (15). An input wheel (151) of the transmission mechanism (15) is connected to the driving shaft (14). The rotary cutter is provided with a ring (123) which is coaxial to the hollow cutter shaft (121) and contacts an output wheel (152) of the transmission mechanism (15). By using the food processor, a procedure with low stirring speed and large torque can be completed, and the food processor can be used with a procedure with another speed and torque in a combined manner.
