Abstract:
A food processor, comprising a base (10), a fixed assembly (20), a spindle assembly (30), a bearing assembly (40), a switch assembly (50), and a blade (60). The base comprises a first end (12) and a second end (14). The first end is provided with a blade holder (80), and the blade is inserted into the blade holder to cut food. The fixed assembly is mounted on the second end. The spindle assembly comprises a spindle (32) and a fluted disc (34). The spindle is rotatably mounted on the fixed assembly. The fluted disc is fixed to the spindle, and is used for fixing food. The bearing assembly comprises a bearing seat (42) and a bearing (44). The bearing seat is mounted on the fixed assembly. and the bearing is mounted on the bearing seat. The switch assembly is mounted on the fixed assembly. When the switch assembly is in an ON position, friction arises between the bearing and the spindle; when the switch assembly is in an OFF position, the switch assembly drives the bearing to disconnect from the spindle such that the spindle can move freely. The food processor having the above structure is convenient to use, has a spindle capable of moving back and forth randomly and rapidly, slices and strips food in uniform thicknesses, is easy to clean and is hygienic, does not retain fruit and vegetable residues, and has high processing efficiency.
