Abstract:
A food product apportioning device 1 comprising: a gripper 11 that grips and holds a portion of a food product 21 of an undetermined shape loaded into a container 20; a robot arm 12 that moves the gripper 11; a rotating mechanism 13 that rotates the gripper 11; and a control unit 30 that, in a state in which the portion of the food product 21 is held inside of the gripper 11 and the outside of the gripper 11 is in contact with another portion of the food product 21, causes the gripper 11 to rotate via the rotating mechanism 13 while changing a rotation axis position.
