Abstract:
A food for relieving diabetes symptoms and a preparation method therefor. The food consists of five cereals and coarse grains, the five cereals are rice, wheat, corn, sorghum and sweet potatoes. The preparation method for the food comprises the following steps: removing starch and sugar, in which respectively converting starch and sugar in five cereals and coarse grains into ethanol for removal by means of a brewing process, so as to form a five-cereal vinasse and a coarse grain vinasse; finely selecting a five-cereal residue, in which rinsing the five-cereal vinasse and the coarse grain vinasse with water, and drying same to form a raw material being a five-cereal residue and a coarse grain residue; and mixing five cereals, in which mixing the five-cereal residue with the coarse grain residue in proportion. The food is taken as a staple food. After blood glucose indexes are normal, the intake of traditional rice, wheat, corn, sorghum and sweet potatoes is resumed to guarantee the normal intake of energy source, gradually achieving the nutritional balance of a human body, achieving the reduction of the blood glucose indexes, satisfying the normal insulin requirements of the human body, and finally satisfying the daily needs of the human body for the five-cereal food.
