Abstract:

The present invention relates to a food tray having a film and small holes for permeation and isolation, comprising a tray body. A bloody water collection groove is formed in the bottom of the tray body. A punched water absorption pad is provided to seal the opening of the bloody water collection groove. The punched water absorption pad is of a multilayer structure, the upper layer thereof is a waterproof punched film, and the lower layer thereof is a water absorption material layer. The waterproof punched film and the water absorption material layer are compounded together one above the other. According to the present invention, the isolation of bloody water from foods is achieved, the water storage space at the bottom of the tray is large, and the punched water absorption pad is fixed by means of ultrasonic welding so as not to be turned over during transportation, and thus can effectively prevent the bloody water from overflow, and prevent the bloody water from direct contact with foods, such as meat products, thereby avoiding long-time soaking. Therefore, the storage life of the foods, such as meat products, can be prolonged.
