Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a foodstuff rotating device that is capable of steadily rotating a foodstuff; and a foodstuff cutting facility that is capable of achieving space-saving. [Solution] A foodstuff rotating device 30 comprises: a prescribed foodstuff pressing mechanism 31; a support shaft unit 32 which supports the foodstuff pressing mechanism 31 from the top side; a rotary drive source 33 for rotating the foodstuff pressing mechanism 31; and a hoist drive source 34 for hoisting and lowering the foodstuff pressing mechanism 31. A foodstuff cutting facility 1 comprises: a prescribed transport mechanism 10; and the foodstuff rotating device 30 which is disposed between two cutting devices 21, 22 arranged in the transport direction.
