Abstract:
This foodstuff trimming device comprises a rotary blade (16) for trimming an end of a foodstuff, and a scooping claw block (17) for scooping the end of the foodstuff to guide a part to be trimmed of the foodstuff to the rotary blade (16). The scooping claw block (17) comprises: a guiding face (26) of which an upper face is inclined downward toward a front end portion for receiving the end of the foodstuff; a reception groove (27) formed behind the guiding face (26) and into which the rotary groove (16) is inserted from above; and an air blowing portion (28) for blowing air toward the underside of the front end portion.
