Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of special shoes, and more specifically relates to a foot-fitting load-bearing shoe assembly and load-bearing shoes. The load-bearing shoe assembly comprising a heavy block provided with a first cavity in the vertical direction and a light block provided with a second cavity in the vertical direction. Elastic metal parts, non-metal parts or Chinese herbal formulations can be provided in the first cavity and the second cavity as needed, so that the load-bearing shoes can provide anti-gravity vibration during exercise to promote the blood circulation of the feet and unblock acupoints, and can bear the load of any weight within the range of 0.5-10 kg, and the weight adjustment accuracy reaches 20-50 g. The recessed design in the middle for fitting the foot further improves the fitting degree of the load-bearing shoe assembly and increasing the wearing comfort. The provision of a limiting structure in the inner wall of the shoe body near the midsole of the load-bearing shoe using the load-bearing shoe assembly provided in the present invention effectively alleviates the swaying problem of the heavy block in the vertical direction of the existing load-bearing shoes, such that the load-bearing shoe assembly can be fixed more stably in both vertical and horizontal directions.
