Abstract:
Foot rehabilitation equipment based on kinesiology, and a rehabilitation method. The equipment comprises a base (100) and a sliding plate (200). The base (100) is a box structure having an open top; the upper end of the base (100) is provided with arc-shaped sliding surfaces (110); two sides of the lower end of the sliding plate (200) are provided with connecting blocks (210); the bottom surfaces of the connecting blocks (210) are arc-shaped sliding surfaces (110); the arc-shaped sliding surfaces (110) of the base (100) and the arc-shaped sliding surfaces (110) of the connecting blocks (210) are in contact; the inner side walls of the base (100) are provided with sliding grooves (120); the lower end of the sliding plate (200) is provided with sliding wheels (220); the sliding wheels (220) roll in the sliding grooves (120); the groove surfaces of the sliding grooves (120) have the same curvature as the arc-shaped sliding surfaces (110); triple rotating devices (130) are provided in the base (100); the triple rotating devices (130) are separately connected to the bottom surface and the inner side surfaces of the base (100) and the bottom surface of the sliding plate (200); the sliding plate (200) slides along the arc-shaped sliding surfaces (110) on the base (100) by means of the connecting blocks (210) and the sliding wheels (220). When in use, the legs of a rehabilitation person push the sliding plate (200) to move back and forth on the base (100), so that the legs continuously move, thereby accelerating recovery; sliding along the arc-shaped surfaces replaces linear rolling of conventional rehabilitation instruments, thereby better meeting use habits.
