Disclosed are a force feedback device and an electronic device. The force feedback device comprises a housing, a linear driving assembly and an operation part. The linear driving assembly comprises a stator fixedly arranged in the housing, a mover slidably arranged in the housing in a first direction and a pushing part fixedly connected to the mover. One of the stator and the mover is a flat coil, and the other is of a magnet structure. A magnetic field is formed in the magnet structure, and the flat coil is located in the magnetic field. The operation part comprises an operation body, the operation body being rotationally mounted on the outer side of the housing in a direction away from the pushing part to push the pushing part to move. The ampere force generated by the flat coil and the magnet structure can be fed back to the mover, and hence fed back to a user finger by means of the operation body, so as to complete the force feedback. Moreover, the flat coil is flat so that the force feedback device only occupies a small space.
