Abstract:
A forced circulation evaporation system, comprising: a horizontally arranged gas-liquid separator (10), wherein the gas-liquid separator (10) is provided with a feeding port (11), a feed liquid outlet (12) and a secondary steam outlet (13); a horizontally arranged circulating evaporator (20), wherein the circulating evaporator (20) and the gas-liquid separator (10) are arranged side by side in the horizontal direction, the circulating evaporator (20) is provided with a steam inlet (21), a feed liquid inlet (22) and a discharging port (23), and the discharging port (23) of the circulating evaporator (20) is in communication with the feeding port (11) of the gas-liquid separator (10); a hot well (40), wherein an inlet of the hot well (40) is in communication with the feed liquid outlet (12) of the gas-liquid separator (10); and a forced circulation pump (50), wherein an inlet of the forced circulation pump (50) is in communication with an outlet of the hot well (40), and an outlet of the forced circulation pump (50) is in communication with the feed liquid inlet (22) of the circulation evaporator (20).
