Abstract:
The present invention provides: a forced extraction molded article which is able to be prevented from breaking during forced extraction molding; a polyarylene sulfide resin composition which is used for a forced extraction molded article; and a method for producing a forced extraction molded article. A forced extraction molded article (1) that is obtained by shaping a polyarylene sulfide resin composition, which contains a polyarylene sulfide resin and a fibrous filler, so as to have a cylindrical part, wherein: a cylindrical part (10) has a bulge part (11) having an undercut shape that protrudes radially outwardly in the front end portion; the inner surface of the cylindrical part has a level difference toward the radially outer direction in the front end portion, while having a gradient in the portion other than the level difference, said gradient being inclined such that the inner diameter of the cylindrical part increases toward the front end portion; and if D2 is the thickness of the cylindrical part from a portion of the inner surface connected to the level difference to the outer surface excluding the bulge part, D4 is the height of the level difference, and Dt is the gradient height of the inner surface of the cylindrical part excluding the level difference, D2, D4 and Dt satisfy formula (a).
