Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a forceps head structure, an electrotome, and a control method thereof. The forceps head structure comprises a first forceps head assembly, a second forceps head assembly, and a heating member. The second forceps head assembly is arranged rotatably relative to the first forceps head assembly, and is configured for attaching to or detaching from the first forceps head assembly. The heating member is configured for cutting a target tissue. The first forceps head assembly comprises a first body and a first thermally insulating member. The heating member is arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the first body proximal to the second forceps head assembly. The first thermally insulating member is arranged on the outer circumferential surface of at least part of the first body distal to the heating member. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the arrangement of the first thermally insulating member on the outer circumferential surface of the first body distal to the heating member can block the heat transmitted from the first body, so as to reduce and avoid heat damage to a non-target tissue and improve the safety during the cutting process of the target tissue.
