Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention provides a foreign material inspection system of a display unit, the system comprising: an illumination unit for providing incident light to the display unit having an organic light emitting display panel; and a foreign material detection unit for receiving reflected light provided by the incident light reflected from the display unit and detecting whether or not a foreign material is introduced into the display unit.
