Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of plastic stamping forming, and provides a forming device with an adjustable bending angle and resilience control and a forming control method. The device comprises: an upper forming die module, an upper forming die stamping cylinder, an upper forming die supporting frame, an upper die guide rail, and an upper forming die fixing frame; the upper forming die stamping cylinder is fixed to the upper forming die supporting frame by means of the upper forming die fixing frame; a cylinder rod of the upper forming die stamping cylinder is arranged downwards and is connected to the upper forming die module; an upper forming die guide rail is arranged on the upper forming die supporting frame; and the upper forming die module is arranged on the upper forming die guide rail in a sliding manner. According to the present invention, photoelectric elements with various PIN angles are automatically switched and machined, a formed product is quickly positioned and clamped, and resilience control is carried out according to the photoelectric elements of different batches, such that quick bending switching and high-precision forming machining are achieved.
