Abstract:
A forming machine of sheet made of industrial synthetic stone includes a base (1),
a press plate (2), a pressure system (3), a vibration system (4) and a moulding board
(5). The press plate (2) is positioned above said base (1) and reciprocates relative
to said base (1). The pressure system (3) is connected with said press plate (2)
for driving said press plate (2) to reciprocate. The moulding board (5) is positioned
on the loading area of the base (1). The vibration system (4) includes several
vibration units (6) positioned under the press plate (2) and operate independently.
Elastic units (7) are mounted between the vibration units (6) andthe press plate
(2). The vibration units (6) include vibrators (61) and vibration hammers (62).
The vibration hammers (62) operate together on the surface of the moulding board
(5).
