Abstract:
Disclosed is a formulation of a reamer bearing strips of rubber. The components and mass percentages of same are: 60-70 parts of a smoke sheet rubber; 30-40 parts of a butadiene-styrene rubber; 8-10 parts of zinc oxide; 1.6-2.2 parts of stearic acid; 6-8 parts of a tackifying resin; 0.5-0.6 parts of an accelerator DM; 0.7-0.8 part of an accelerator CZ; 1.5-2.0 parts of an anti-aging agent; 1-1.5 parts of a microcrystalline wax; 45-55 parts of carbon black N339; 35-45 parts of carbon black N220; 8-10 parts of an aromatic hydrocarbon oil; and 6-8 parts of sulfur. By using the components and the formulation, an acceptable bearing strip rubber product can be prepared just by using conventional materials, wherein same not only has a low input cost, but also has a high hardness and a good wear resistance, and effectively reduces wear during use; moreover, the reasonable proportion formulation between various composition components allows the physical and mechanical properties to meet the requirements, and the product is stable and reliable, has a high cost performance, the finished product yield is effectively guaranteed, and for the trial assembly, the size and precision of the product also achieve the requirements.
