Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of building construction, and provides a formwork hoisting device for inclined wall construction and a construction method therefor. The formwork hoisting device comprises at least two carrying pole beams, an outer steel large formwork assembly, an inner steel large formwork assembly, several connecting sleeves, at least two side-force-resistant structural members, at least two connecting lacing bars, several carrying pole fasteners and several pre-tightened self-locking clamps. The carrying pole beams are erected on the side-force-resistant structural members, and then the outer steel large formwork assembly and the carrying pole beams are buckled together by means of the connecting sleeves and the pre-tightened self-locking clamps, so that the outer steel large formwork assembly is hung on the carrying pole beams. The inner steel large formwork assembly is then hung on the outer steel large formwork assembly by means of split bolts, so that the load of the whole formwork system is transmitted to the side-force-resistant structural members by means of the carrying pole beams and is finally transmitted to the structure of the building itself. Meanwhile, the present invention further provides a construction method for the formwork hoisting device for inclined wall construction, which overcomes many problems such as high safety risks, high time and labor consumption, and high labor intensity which exist in the existing inclined wall construction process. Therefore, the construction method is more in line with the zero-risk, high-efficiency, and low-cost requirements of modern building construction.
