A forward osmosis membrane and a preparation method therefor. The forward osmosis membrane has a modified membrane structure comprising a hydrophilic supporting grid and a hydrophilic polymer membrane layer mixed with an antioxidant. The supporting grid is a non-woven fabric or a polyester mesh.
