Title:
FOUR-TERMINAL TANDEM SOLAR CELL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/246074
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A solar cell according to the present disclosure is provided with: a first substrate (1) having light translucency; second substrates (5, 6) having light translucency; a third substrate (7) provided so that the second substrates (5, 6) are located between the third substrate and the first substrate (1); a first photoelectric conversion layer (3) provided between the first substrate (1) and the second substrates (5, 6) and including a perovskite material; a second photoelectric conversion layer (9) provided between the second substrates (5, 6) and the third substrate (7); and a pair of electrodes (2, 4) provided so as to sandwich the first photoelectric layer (3) therebetween in a direction perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the first substrate (1), the second substrates (5, 6) and the third substrate (7).
