Abstract:
Disclosed is a frame isolation type quantitative powder sterilization device, comprising an instantaneous superheated steam sterilization device (7), a cooling, separation and unloading device (13), a rapid superheated steam generator (5), a mounting frame (22), and a clean zone isolation plate (19). The mounting frame (22) is divided into a clean zone and a sterilization work zone by the clean zone isolation plate (19), and only a powder separator (17) in the cooling, separation and unloading device (13) is mounted on the mounting frame (22) in the clean zone; a superheated steam generator (2) is a closed tank, and an electric heating tube (23) and steam winding plates (16) in a staggered arrangement are provided in the tank; a water pump (3) and a steam generator (4) are connected in series sequentially through a pipeline and are then connected in a butt joint with a gas inlet of the superheated steam generator (2) through a pipeline; a gas outlet of the superheated steam generator (2) is connected in a butt joint with an input port of a steam-water separator (9) through a pipeline, the separated superheated steam is output from an output port, and a control valve (18) is provided at a water discharge port of the steam-water separator (9); and the cooling, separation and unloading device (13) is further equipped with an ozone generator (21).
