Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a frame structure determining method and a base station, the frame structure determining method comprising: acquiring uplink control information issued by a terminal; on the basis of the transmission parameters in the uplink control information, determining the frame structure of the communication transmission, the frame structure comprising the start position and end position of data uplink transmission of the terminal in a maximum channel occupation duration, the start position of the data downlink transmission of the base station in a maximum channel occupation duration, and the maximum channel occupation duration. By means of the technical solution in the present application, uplink control information can be issued by the terminal for scheduling, and the base station can acquire the complete frame structure on the basis of the uplink control information issued by the terminal, and directly perform downlink transmission in the uplink transmission channel occupation duration, reducing latency, and thereby improving the LBT success rate.
