Abstract:
A frame type multi-vane windmill, comprises a vertical shaft (4) and a vane assembly (3), the top end of the vertical shaft (4) is mounted to a bearing (6), while the lower end of the vertical shaft (4) is mounted to a bearing seat (11). Two or more groups of vane assemblies (3) are mounted on the vertical shaft (4) from top to bottom. Closable panels (7) are alternatively arranged on the vane assemblies (3). A shaft cap (5) is mounted on the vertical shaft (4). A frame type supporting structure is formed by the shaft cap (5) along with connecting bars (13) fixed to the shaft cap (5) as well as symmetrical poles (2) fixed to the connecting bars (13).
