A free-form lens, an optical system and laser welding equipment comprising same. The free-form lens (2) comprises an incident lens surface (21) facing a light source (4) and an exit lens surface (22) distant from the light source. The incident lens surface (21) comprises an incident flat surface (211) and a convex cylindrical surface (212) connected to the incident flat surface (211). The exit lens surface (22) comprises an exit flat surface (221) and a concave cylindrical surface (222) connected to the exit flat surface (221). The incident flat surface (211) is parallel to the exit flat surface (221), and the incident flat surface (211) and the exit flat surface (221) are correspondingly arranged on one side of the free-form lens (2). The convex cylindrical surface (212) and the concave cylindrical surface (222) are correspondingly arranged on the other side of the free-form lens (2), and the effective focal length of the part of the lens formed by the convex cylindrical surface (212) and the concave cylindrical surface (222) is infinite. The free-form lens (2) is simple and ingenious in structure, relatively low in cost, and high in adaptability to different optical configurations, effectively improves spatter during welding, and improves the welding quality.
