Abstract:
The present invention provides a freezing apparatus using an isobutane refrigerant, the freezing apparatus carrying out defrosting by means of the heat generation of a defrosting electric heater, heat generation caused by latent heat of condensation from defrosting steam, and sensible heat of condensed defrosting water in order to reduce defrosting time.
