Abstract:
This freezing apparatus comprises a compressor 21, a first heat exchanger 23 that dissipates heat from a first heat medium compressed by the compressor 21, a second heat exchanger 26 that performs heat exchange between the first heat medium and a second heat medium for cooling an article being cooled, a first temperature sensor 32 that detects the temperature of the second heat medium at the second heat exchanger 26, and a control device 50 that controls the operation frequency of the compressor 21. The control device 50 executes a first operation mode, in which the operation frequency is changed at a first acceleration, when a first condition that the temperature increase ΔT per prescribed time in the second heat medium at the second heat exchanger 26 is equal to or less than a first threshold value Tth1 is satisfied, and executes a second operation mode, in which the operation frequency is changed at a second acceleration higher than the first acceleration, when a second condition that the temperature change ΔT per prescribed time in the second heat medium at the second heat exchanger 26 is greater than the first threshold value Tth1 is satisfied.
