The present application provides a frequency control circuit applicable to a PFM control chip, and a related device. In the frequency control circuit, a positive input end of an operational amplifier circuit receives a feedback voltage fed back after a system detects output, and a negative input end of the operational amplifier circuit is connected to a first current source, connected to a negative input end of a comparator by means of a first resistor, and connected to a source of a first NMOS transistor by means of the first resistor and a second resistor; an output end of the operational amplifier circuit is connected to a gate of the first NMOS transistor; a drain of the first NMOS transistor is connected to a drain and a gate of a first PMOS transistor; a source and a substrate of the first PMOS transistor and a source and a substrate of a second PMOS transistor are connected to an external power supply; the gate of the first PMOS transistor is connected to a gate of the second PMOS transistor; a drain of the second PMOS transistor is connected to a drain of a second NMOS transistor; a gate of the second NMOS transistor is connected to a pulse circuit; the comparator is connected to an input end of the pulse circuit. The embodiments of the present application can solve the problem of audible noise at an underclocking point.
