Title:
FREQUENCY INTERFERENCE AVOIDING METHOD IN WIRELESS NETWORK
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2011/010755
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a frequency interference avoiding method in a wireless network, and more specifically, to a frequency interference avoiding method in a wireless network using ISM (Industrial, Scientific and Medical Equipment) frequency bands. The invention is capable of: reducing the probability of generation of frequency interference by cutting down an active region in a duty cycle so that the active state and the sleep state may have ratios of 1: tens to 1: hundreds, instead of having the existing 1:1 ratios, in the duty cycle for data communication between terminals in the wireless network; changing the duty cycle thereof into an interference-avoidable duty region by scanning the frequency duty cycles used in heterogeneous wireless networks from which the interference is generated; or adaptively suppressing the generation of the frequency interference by reducing the action region in the duty cycle by changing the duty cycle thereof into the interference-avoidable duty region.
