Abstract:
In order to provide a lightweight and small frequency mixer for minimizing the loss of output signals and even-order harmonic waves, the frequency mixer is configured using a reception-signal input end for receiving RF signals, a local-oscillation-signal input end for receiving LO signals, a first distributor connected to the reception-signal input end, a second distributor connected to the local-oscillation-signal input end, a first mixer connected to one output end of the first distributor and one output end of the second distributor, a second mixer connected to the other output end of the first distributor via a 90 degree delay path and the other output end of the second distributor via a 90 degree delay path, a coupler connected to the first mixer and the second mixer over a length following the signal path length of each RF signal branching from the first distributor, and an output end connected to the coupler.
