Abstract:
A front and back acting multi-functional semi-trailer having a lifting function. Provided inside of a trailer chamber (7) is a pushing plate (5) used for cleaning and scarping an inner wall of the trailer chamber (7). Fastened to the front end of a front sealed door (4) of the trailer chamber (7) is a back pushing oil cylinder support (2). Fastened on the back pushing oil cylinder support (2) is a back pushing oil cylinder (3) used for pushing the pushing plate (5) to slide. A telescopic rod of a back pushing oil cylinder (3) passes through an opening on the front sealed door (4) and is connected to the pushing plate (5). Provided between the back pushing oil cylinder support (2) and the trailer frame is a front lifting oil cylinder (1) used for lifting the trailer chamber (7). The back end of the trailer frame is provided with a back rotation support (12). Provided on the back rotation support (12) is a back rotation shaft (11). The trailer chamber (7) and the back rotation support (12) are hingedly connected by means of a back rotation shaft (11). Thus, the function of automatically scraping and cleaning the inner wall of the trailer chamber (7) during unloading is implemented. The front portion of the trailer chamber (7) is lifted during unloading, and the trailer chamber (7) forms a slope, thereby facilitating rapid unloading, conserving human and financial resources, lowering the cleaning difficulty during unloading, and substantially enhancing working efficiency.
