Abstract:
A front-loading washing machine comprises an outer tub (2) and an inner tub (3) accommodated inside the outer tub. The inner tub is provided with a placement port, the outer tub is provided with an opening, and the placement port and the opening overlap in the axial direction of the inner tub. The inner tub is provided with a first door (30) for correspondingly closing the placement port, and the outer tub is provided with a second door (20) for closing the opening. The first door is provided to keep clothing always rolling in the inner tub when the inner tub is rotating during a washing process of the washing machine, thus preventing the clothing from being stuck in a gap between the placement port of the inner tub and a washing machine door. The second door is disposed at the opening of the outer tub to automatically close the opening of the outer tub, so that no sealing window pad needs to be provided between a washing machine housing and the opening of the outer tub, thus preventing water from flowing out of the opening of the outer tub.
