Abstract:
A front and rear double surface cleaning apparatus and a conveying apparatus, the front and rear double surface cleaning apparatus comprising two cleaning mechanisms respectively arranged above and below the conveying apparatus (1), each cleaning mechanism comprising a drive seat (2) and a cleaning assembly, and the cleaning assembly comprising a support mechanism (3), a dust removal mechanism (4) provided with a dust suction port (41) and a dust discharge port (42), a brush roller (5), a fixing member (6), an air knife (7), and a first drive mechanism (8); the fixing member (6) is used for detachably mounting the brush roller (5) onto the support mechanism (3); a dust discharge channel is formed between the dust suction port (41) and the dust discharge port (42), and the dust suction port (41) is disposed on the side of the brush roller (5) furthest from the air knife (7); the brush roller (5) is used for sweeping surface impurities of a part to be cleaned when abutting same, and the air knife (7) is used for blowing air to the surface of the part to be cleaned, such that the surface impurities thereof enter the dust discharge channel by means of the dust suction port (41). By means of the arrangement of the cleaning mechanisms and a pressure roller mechanism, the present front and rear double surface cleaning apparatus comprehensively removes impurities on the front and rear surfaces of a part to be conveyed whilst comparatively reducing the transmission speed of the part to be conveyed and extending the cleaning time, greatly improving the cleaning effect.
