Abstract:
A fruit pulp preparation device using high-pressure instantaneous wall breaking (HPB), and a preparation method therefor. Prefabricated blackberry fruits are poured into a feeding hopper (28); a driving wheel (9) is driven by a driving device to rotate at a high speed; a fluted disk (21) is driven to rotate by means of the driving wheel (9) and a gear (11); the fluted disk (21) drives a movable cone assembly (18) and a movable cone lining plate (20) to make an eccentric motion in a first box body (4) by means of the interaction of an eccentric sleeve assembly (17) and an eccentric sleeve lining (16); and the movable cone lining plate (20) and a fixed cone lining plate (27) press against each other, such that the effect of instant high-pressure crushing is achieved on the prefabricated blackberry fruits. Furthermore, by means of a movable cone lining plate (20) and a fixed cone lining plate (27), which are provided below a driving shaft (6), being pressed against each other, the prefabricated blackberry fruits are secondarily crushed, thereby achieving the effect of convenient and efficient multi-stage crushing.
