Abstract:
A fruit and vegetable cleaning machine, belonging to the technical field of electrolysis equipment. The fruit and vegetable cleaning machine comprises a water container (10) and an electrolysis power source. At least one electrolysis unit (20) is arranged within the water container (10). The electrolysis unit (20) comprises at least one pair of a cathode (2) and an anode (3). The electrolysis power source is used for supplying electricity to the cathode (2) and the anode (3). A water-permeable membrane (4) is arranged between the coupled cathode (2) and anode (3), the water-permeable pore diameter of the water-permeable membrane (4) being less than or equal to 2 mm and greater than or equal to 1 nm. The fruit and vegetable cleaning machine can turn source water into water which is rich in a large number of ultra-micro hydrogen bubbles, has strong reducing capacity and bactericidal ability and is rich in hydrogen, and can safely degrade residual farm chemicals and insecticides in foods such as fruits and vegetables.
