Abstract:
A frying and baking machine, comprising: a base assembly (100) comprising a lower baking tray; an upper cover assembly (200) comprising an upper baking tray and covering the base assembly (100) so that a cooking cavity is formed between the upper baking tray and the lower baking tray; and a jacking adjustment mechanism (300) used for jacking the upper cover assembly (200) with respect to the base assembly (100) in order to adjust the clearance height (h) of the cooking cavity. The frying and baking machine can adjust the clearance height (h) of the cooking cavity according to different foods and the weight of foods, thereby effectively improving the cooking effect.
